You may find a helpful solution in a website called <a href=\"http:\/\/qlubb.com\/\">Qlubb<\/a>.  It makes scheduling and organizing groups of people easy.  You could even create your own qlubb for your classroom.  I have gone ahead and created a qlubb for each school:  <a href=\"http:\/\/ches.qlubb.com\/\">Chamberlayne<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/hes.qlubb.com\/\">Holladay<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/laburnum.qlubb.com\/\">Laburnum<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/trevvett.qlubb.com\/\">Trevvett<\/a>.  The password is the same for everyone (your school\u2019s abbreviation).  You can use the calendar feature to sign up for the COWs, but you can also use Qlubb to schedule IEP meetings, upload photos of school events, and assign tasks for projects.  I\u2019ve made some how-to videos and a handout <a href=\"http:\/\/teachers.henrico.k12.va.us\/staffdev\/clough_d\/HowTo\/Qlubb.html\">here<\/a> to explain the process but it\u2019s pretty easy to figure out on your own.
