Today at Sandston, the Mrs. Moore’s and Mrs. Beagle’s kindergarten classes explored magnets. In Pixie, the students had to determine which items a magnet would attract and which items would not be attracted. Then they had to draw their own object that would attract to a magnet. They did a fabulous job!
Ms. Jackson’s second graders explored Nettrekker. They were researching animals. They had to find specific information about animals such as the tiger, dolphin, and chameleon. Each student has a different animal to research.
What a great lesson on magnets! The boys and girls did a fantastic job with their Pixie pictures!
