Today Mrs. Warnke’s class made a Pixie of themselves and Santa.  The students wrote notes to Santa asking him questions and telling him what they wanted for Christmas.

Mrs. Cauthorne’s fourth graders did a Pixie project today that focused on adjectives.  Students had to draw a snowman and then use as many adjectives as they could to describe their snowman.  Check out their beautiful pictures and descriptive sentences. Today the fourth graders in Mrs. Axtell’s class worked on descroptive writing.  The students used winter pictures and put them into Comic Life.  Then they wrote the most descriptive sentence they could third of about each pictures.  How many adjectives can you think of to describe winter? Today Ms. Warthan’s kindergarten students did a Pixie lesson on the Snowy Day.  Students had to illustrate a part of the story.  They also had to put their picture in the illustration. Today Mrs. Moore did an awesome job introducing her kids to starfall.com.  She did the entire lesson all on her own!  I was only there in case there was a small problem.  What a great lesson! Mrs. Warnke’s students did a review of their mouse skills.

Mrs. Moore and Ms. Beagle’s kindergarten classes were learning about senses.  The students created a Pixie page and labeled a picture of themselves and all of their senses.  I then put all of their pictures into a slide show.  Look at how great the kindergartners look! 5 Senses Beagle’s Five Senses
