And the Springfield Park Winners Are…

Springfield Park is planning a gala!!  To celebrate the accomplishments of all teachers who submit an H21 lesson plan, they’re rolling out the red carpet and planning an Academy Awards celebration at their February 22nd faculty meeting.  Karen Hues, ITRT, is working on an  iMovie to showcase  each teacher in their classroom along with the highlights from their Henrico 21 submission (pictures, videos, blogs, etc.).

Teachers will wear their boas as they enter the star-filled library on the big day.  During the ceremony the staff will be served  popcorn and candy while viewing  the movie and  then it’s award time!   Teachers who submitted an H21 lesson plan will then take a walk down the red carpet to receive their special trophy.  Springfield Park is very excited about recognizing the great lessons  the teachers are doing in their classrooms and knows all will be inspired by the showcase of best practices on February 22!
